You’ll first get a big bold fruit hit from the Mango and Orange, then the subtle ginger and chilli heat kicks in, we add some honey to give a little sweetness, a great flavour

It’s a mild sauce and works great with chicken and pork, fantastic with fish dishes, salads and stir fry, great summer sauce.

Ingredients: Mango (38%), Orange (25%), Water, Cider Vinegar, Honey, Chilli, Garlic, Salt

Our Solar Sauce may contain traces of Orange pips.

I’m now on my third batch, absolutely love it. Tried both solar and original and I can honestly say it’s the best chilli sauce I’ve ever tasted. I love the fact that the chilli flavour isn’t lost by the heat. Can’t wait to work my way through the others.

VERSATILE!

Although I’m a huge fan of the whole RocketShip range,this sauce for me really does stand out because of its versatility. The delicate yet complex flavour of Solar can be combined with so many food groups. This will be a definate staple over the festive period. Here’s to livening up those turkey sandwiches & curries!
