General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

When you place your order with your order is recognised as an offer which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

Acceptance of your order will take place when we confirm that payment has been received on the confirmation page upon completion of your order and/or via subsequent email.   At this point the contract will come into existence between you and us.

If for whatever reason we are unable to accept your order, we will let you know and you will not be charged for your order. Reasons we might not be able to accept your order might be that we have listed the product incorrectly on the website or that we have simply run out of some of our stock.

Products descriptions and services
All of our sauces are handmade artisan products which, by their nature they may vary slightly in both colour and chilli heat from bottle to bottle. Our images are there to give you the best indication of what our sauces are like before you purchase.

RocketShip Sauces are freshly made and leave us in the best condition. We recommend storing the them in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and they are refrigerated after opening, use within 6 weeks. We don’t use any artificial ingredients so some natural separation may occur.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We can not be held responsible if you give us incorrect or incomplete information regarding your order and subsequently we are unable to deliver to a incorrect UK address.

Ordering and delivery
Please make certain that you give the correct delivery details with your order.  If you do make a mistake please contact us as soon as possible using the [email protected] address.  Unfortunately if the order has already been dispatched we will not be able to retrieve the parcel or accept a return.

We use My-Hermes for UK deliveries.

  • For Standard delivery our aim is to prepare your order and dispatch within 1 working days [Monday to Thursday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within  4 – 5 working days from the date it was ordered. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so if your order has not been dispatched within 4 working days, please contact us directly.
  • Orders are dispatched with my Hermes and are tracked, if you do not receive your order within 5 days from the date of dispatch, please contact us on [email protected]
  • We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions or industrial actions.
  • We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge on receipt of photographic proof of damage.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the goods must be un-opened and in the same condition as when it left us.

You will be charged in line with our policy and current shipping rates (as per the rate charged at time of purchase) if you require RocketShip Sauces to organise return shipping. This includes orders which at time of ordering were entitled to Free Shipping – A minimum £3.50 charge will be charged unless the goods are returned by the customer at their expense.

You can organise and fund the return shipping, please ensure the parcel is complete and suitably packaged to be returned without damage.

User accounts
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

User comments and feedback
Your business means everything to us.  We’re not blind to the fact that you literally keep the roof over our head!  So we will be encouraging our loyal customers through discount codes and incentives to help us promote our business amongst their own circle of friends and contacts.  To this end we will always welcome feedback on how we can improve our service and use any positive messages you feed back to us in the promotion of our business.

We take great pride in the quality and condition of our sauce and it should reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your order, please open it right away and inspect. If you aren’t happy with what you find, please call us and if possible take some pictures. We will do our best to put it right.

If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English court.
